Recipe: Strawberry Tofu Smoothie

VANILLA EXTRACT  is the secret ingredient for enhancing the flavor of this creamy smoothie.

Strawberry Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups frozen strawberries (about 5 ounces)

1 cup silken soft tofu (8 ounces)

1/4 cup cold water

4 tablespoons 100% freshly squeezed orange juice

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Makes: 2 servings

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: none

    I thought the latest on soy was that it is bad for you. Why are there recipies here that contain soy?

    I hope to start in 2 weeks….need more breakfast recipes that can be prepared ahead of time.
    Also, I’ve been reading thru your recipes but they don’t indicate whether they are for the basic or advanced plan.
