In spite of not being perfect I did manage to actually lose almost 10 lbs, begin to eat better, begin to walk, become more aware of my health and taking care of myself, and feel more life energy.
I thought the program was excellent. Very well organized and very well written. Easy to follow instructions and tons of useful information. It is a very enjoyable program to follow despite the fact that one needs to make a real effort to get results. In spite of not being perfect I did manage to actually lose almost 10 lbs, begin to eat better, begin to walk, become more aware of my health and taking care of myself, and feel more life energy. I can’t wait to get the book when it comes out and add it to my library.
