I have spent the last 10+ years in the 290-300 pound weight range. I have tried several diets and have lost some weight but always gained it back. After 8 weeks on the program, I weigh 262. Besides the fact that I have lost more weight than I did on past diets, I feel much better. I have more energy and I sleep better. Also, I feel better about what I am eating. I am eating natural, healthy foods instead of manufactured garbage. I am confident that I will be able to continue eating healthy and not only maintain my weight loss but continue losing weight.
