I have lost 17 pounds and friends have been noticing the difference. Brain fog is a disability. It inhibited me from keeping jobs and overall enjoying life. It hurts the self esteem and makes you question yourself. To be able to think clearly is a wonderful gift this program has given me. I now hold down 2 jobs. Both employers value me and I have pride in doing a great job. This is something I haven’t had in 15 years. I have lost 17 pounds and friends have been noticing the difference. My husband and I have enjoyed the changes we have made so much that we have decided to make this our life style.
