I participated in this program and a time in my life which was fraught with too many other things to complete. Nonetheless, I signed up to just get that encouragement I needed to address some health issues. Even with my following some, although not to the completeness of the program I would have liked, I experienced a steady improvement. I had never been able to get my weight under 140, and suddenly noticed that my bloated belly was slimmer, and my weight had made it below that mark. Even though only by a few pounds, it was the right direction. I had not been able to sleep well, waking up at night and not returning to sleep. I can sleep through the night, am less anxious and best of all, I no longer have the cravings that resulted in overeating and feeling fatigue after.
