On this program I lost 14 pounds and over 13 inches. I have gone down 2 or more clothing sizes, and I have somewhat more energy than I had before. I had already made significant changes in my diet and exercise regime since starting to work with Dr. Hyman 18 months ago and have made more changes since being in this program. Overall, I have lost 55 pounds in that time and have gotten on a regular exercise routine of both aerobics and strength training. This program has fulfilled my expectations.
