I lost 5 lbs, and I wrote that I plan to stay on 6 more weeks so I can lose 5 more, but it is my intention to follow this program indefinitely. I feel so good . . . clear, calm, present, with all of my energetic resources available to me. I am sleeping well, and more. I have increased my workouts (Pilates, yoga, walking) to 4-5 a week, and feel that I have made great progress in terms of muscle stength and flexibility during this 8 week interval. I’m sure my blood work will reflect this when I have a chance to recheck it.
