I lost 22 pounds and 5 inches off my waist in 8 weeks. I started at 218.5 and am now 196.5 and still losing. After completing this program – I feel better than I have in years – lots of symptoms that I was attributing to menopause/aging – hot flashes, sore joints, fatigue, inability to concentrate/remember things – disappeared once I began this program. I lost 22 pounds and 5 inches off my waist in 8 weeks. I started at 218.5 and am now 196.5 and still losing. I got enough energy back to start exercising again. I am happier, calmer and less stressed than I have been in years. I feel like this program is helping me to save my own life. This program has exceeded my expectations.

    This diet is changing my life after a month. I haven’t been perfect and have still lost weight. I’m gradually trying to perfect my diet and expect to lose more. Diet sodas mainly, to be tackled next week when a work project is done and I can transition without losing my mind!

    To make a long story short, before discovering this diet I was exercising like a fiend, counting calories without watching what I ate and merely maintaining weight et al.

    I am NOT weighing myself and instead judging by fit of clothes. Which have loosened to the point where I have dropped a size.

    Why can I (and you) do this Phyllis? Because I am not worried about portion control of unlimited foods (in the book). That has been the key to sticking to this diet.
