Minty Hummus

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Almonds
  • 1 Can (15 ounce) Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • Pinches Sea Salt and/or Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Water
Preparation
  1. Blend the almonds, chickpeas, sesame seeds, and garlic in a food processor until well mashed. Add remaining ingredients, blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with raw vegetables or apple slices.
