Well done Dr. Hyman. You were clear, succinct and sent a strong message. It would be wonderful if more people started to prepare and eat more real food at home. However, given that our society makes so many demands on people – leading them to rely on fast food, it would also help if there were more truly healthy choices out there. For example, when I went to university, there was a small macrobiotic cafe nearby that made fresh soups and other dishes each day using only fresh real food. Imagine if there were more places like that around!
