  • Thank you for your great advices.The only thing i want to notice is that when you tell ” food is medicine” is important to also tell to the people that the first who said that was IPOKRATIS the Greek. Food is medicine and medicine is your food.

  • The best snack between meals for me is a Tbsp or 2 of almond butter.
    My favorite item in my daily green smoothie is a very small raw beet (or 1/2 of a medium raw beet). That adds enough sweetness in a natural way.
    Currently engaged in your “UltraMind” solution. Have gone gluten and dairy free……still addicted to coffee.
