Thank you for your great advices. The only thing i want to notice is that when you tell ” food is medicine” is important to also tell to the people that the first who said that was IPOKRATIS the Greek. Food is medicine and medicine is your food.
The best snack between meals for me is a Tbsp or 2 of almond butter.
My favorite item in my daily green smoothie is a very small raw beet (or 1/2 of a medium raw beet). That adds enough sweetness in a natural way.
Currently engaged in your “UltraMind” solution. Have gone gluten and dairy free……still addicted to coffee.
Thanks for your passion!
This website was… how do you say it? Relevant!
! Finally I have found something which helped me.
Appreciate it!
Very great post. I simply stumbled upon your weblog and wanted to say that I’ve truly loved browsing your weblog posts. After all I will be subscribing for your feed and I am hoping you write again very soon!
Thanks for this! I was wondering about your healthy burger and fried chicken recipes, and watched the whole clip, where I found out you cooked it on Dr. Oz. I’ll definitely be trying these both.
