I am 49 year old female, 255 pounds.
I have always had difficulty loosing weight even when staying on the strictest of diets. I can’t shed these pounds. I found your diet and recognized that this is probably relevant to my situation.
I have fallen into very bad eating habits, but change my weight only by 3-4 pounds when correcting it.
I started your diet and was excited to loose 7 pounds in 3 days. Then it all stopped. After 10 days I am down a total of 4 pounds. I am very frustrated as I am considering haveing the gastric bypass surgery. I was hoping that I wouldn’t have to if this worked.
I have been painfully strict with the exception of 1/2 cup of coffee a day, which I have since eliminated.
So To date, no dairy, wheat, gluten, caffeine, sugar, sweeteners, or processed foods. My body as usual stopped loosing. I am not happy.
Questionable items I have added in moderation are almond milk and honey.
I have decreased my calorie intake so substantially it isn’t possible not to loose and yet just like every diet I don’t.
