I do not eat carbs I drink the juice in the morning and then I have protein, eggs or chicken,do not eat sweets,no fry stuff I use coconut oil very healthy I feel very energetic,I never get tired.
I used to drink milk but after personal research and just feling myself i noticed is not good for me. Anyway I still have a question, what about babies?? why is milk good for them? Thanks so much!! I love all the articles
Hi Diana,
Thank you for your interest in milk and Dr. Hyman’s work related to dairy. Dairy is not necessarily what is doing it for the babies but the nutrient dense food they get from it. Milk naturally contains molecules which promote growth but babies will thrive off of many foods that have a similar nutrient profile as milk and their survival is not dependent on dairy per se. For instance- breast milk! Breast milk is the be all end all in nutrition for the most quality delivery of food for baby and it is not dairy… So the idea is to give the baby food it can digest, not have to chew and still be chock full of nutrient dense molecules.
