Recipes 1 year ago Hello all, I finally came up with a ’dessert’ that you can eat, even on the advanced BSS plan!
Use coconut cream. you can buy it in a can or take the thick topping off a can of coconut milk (lite coconut milk does not have any).
Also use frozen organic berries, Trader Joe’s has some. They have great organic wild blueberries.
Let 1 cup of berries thaw.
Mix into 3/4 cup of the coconut cream. let the berries get smashed up while mixing together.
Add 1 tablespoon or more cinnamon.
stir very well.
refrigerate until it has firmed up.
If you think it is too firm, just stir it up or add more berries.
Eat away, being mindfull that 1/2 cup berries is all that is allowed on BSS plan.The proportions do not really matter as long as you have more berries than coconut cream. Because the cream gets very hard in the refrigerator.
