Hi there, I just tried a different brand of kelp noodles called Sea Tangle (great name1) and I liked them better than others. These were in green tea (you still have to rinse them well). They were softer though still crunchy. They are made in San Diego CA. The others I tried were imported and not so soft.
I suppose this is much to much info about obscure kelp noodles, but with almost no calories or carbs they could become the new rage.
I had them my favorite way, with a very good olive oil, lime juice and salt. I think these are soft enough to serve a curry over or to serve with lentil dishes.
You still have to cut them up before using.
Stay well and get healthier! Margaret

I just heard about kelp noodles on this website, today. I am heading to the local health-food store after work. I am banned from pasta, so I am eager to give them a try. Someone said something about putting walnut pesto on them, and that sounded really yummy. I will look for the kind you mentioned. Thanks.
