Diet & Nutrition 11 months, 1 week agoJust a quick questions, I am kinda running out of ideas on what to cook. Does anyone have a good website or book that they use for recipes? I am thinking of buying Dr. Hymann’s UltraMetabolism cookbook, but I am not sure if it goes with the BSS. Does anyone have it ? or what are your thought on it?
-
cwright replied 11 months, 1 week ago
i have read it and i think it goes with BSS for the most part. the basic program for sure. it does include more fruit and seems to be a bit more relaxed. might be a great way to eat permanently when the first 6 weeks is done!!

Kriss Carr has some really good recipes both on her site and in her new cookbook. She is going to be a little stricter than Hyman though as she is vegan. You can also get Andrew Weil’s books or visit his website. He trends closer to Hyman’s basic plan and is not anti-gluten, so you have to watch for gluten in his recipes, but overall, still…[Read more]
