ViewI agree about the sugar. The first week, I could not watch my favorite Foodnetwork shows because I craved everythng they were cooking, but now I can once again enjoy watching.

That’s amazing! Congratulations! How did your first two weeks go? I am on my first day of prep week 2…so not a ton to say about that yet, but so far so good!

The first week was a little challenging. I love my sugar and carbs. The second week was much easier. I absolutely feel better.

Isn’t that the best?! I think giving up ALL sugars is the biggest reason why I am free from cravings. I was able to watch some cooking shows on tv and didn’t want to go out and buy the ingredients!

I am on week three, and while my sugar level has come down significantly I can not seem to loose pounds although people around me are mentioning I look like I have lost weight. I have not measured myself in 2 weeks though.
