Migraine & Headaches 9 months, 2 weeks agoI experience headaches that recur monthly, i relate this to hormone fluctuation. I would bet that those are migraines associated with changes in pressure. I too experience this. Since there is nothing we can do about the weather, I am trying to focus on lowering all my other triggers which is why I’ve started Dr. Hyman’s plan. Hope it works!!
