Migraine & Headaches 9 months, 2 weeks ago I experience headaches that recur monthly, i relate this to hormone fluctuation. I also have noticed I sinus pressure and headaches during changes in the barometric pressure, right before a storm. I don’ t think they are migraines but I do have nausea, light-headed feeling, usually wake up with strong pain, when I move my head it effects the severity of the pain. Any suggestions or opinions?
I would bet that those are migraines associated with changes in pressure. I too experience this. Since there is nothing we can do about the weather, I am trying to focus on lowering all my other triggers which is why I’ve started Dr. Hyman’s plan. Hope it works!!
