    Thanks for that spark of hope. It’s really great to feel in control and to know that the advanced plan is a great way to get back on track with weight loss.     Hi Susie – I don’t thaw them. Just toss them in frozen. I’ve used fresh and they don’t hold up as well as the frozen. They lose more of their juice I guess.

      Our TJ’s have two textures of almond meal, one finer than the other. I guess you use the finer one?

I gave away 3 bags food the prep week to a neighbor and yesterday she said she wanted to give me something for it. I told her she could give me a tomato plant and today she dropped it off!
