• Hi all, My first prep week is past and I am so encouraged. I am getting a handle on the food part. Your welcoming comments made me feel so supported. Thank you. I am still working on understanding the ins and outs of the website. I’m not a ”techie” so it’s taking me some time to figure this all out. I am doing it!

    • Hi Bonnie, There is so much to this web site and it constantly gets improved. We all have challenges learning it.
      Please be patient with yourself about the food. It took most of us weeks to get it all down, and we got lots of help from others on this site!

    Margaret, Thanks for the reminder to plan and prepare ahead. It takes the guess work out of meal time. I feel a little more ready for week 1 every day. I have lost 8 pounds just getting ready. Guess white sugar and flour were the bad guys. So far it has been easy to give them up. No cravings.

      There is a lot to remember on this plan. The week by week guide in the BSS book is a great help. And as the days go by the information will sink in.

    • I felt like that it was just too much to understand too. But when I began just going step by step, in the prep period the pieces began to fall into place. I have a routine now and can continue that easily. Now I buy one different vegetable to try out and this week I have a gaint purple egg plant. This could be interesting. Good luck, Sandy
