I think Dr. Hyman should sponsor a retreat for us.
I’'d be interested in the Skype idea, also not sure I’d want to organize it though. I believe you have to pay for Group Skype video. On Google+ there is a group video option, I think, but anyone who wanted to participate would have to get a Google+ acct. -

Cravings can be really tough – and giving in starts that slippery slope – but one does need to forgive one’s self – it would be a real shame if after this long and succeeding you slid all the way to the bottom of the slope. I have just recently joined the program and am currently taking Tumeric and Resveratrol and they are good for inflamation ! I think just cutting out the sugar and white flour is a good place to start too ! Let me know what you come up with Cal ! Vicki

Yes, I do. I make a shake that is almond mik, – unsweetened with vanilla – about 3 oz of soft tofu, a rice protein powder and either a 1/4 cup of either blueberries or strawberries, or with abou1.5 T of almond butter i nstead of the fruit.
I’ve tried adding ground flax but don’t like the foamy consistency you get so I cut that our of the smoothies.

Jarrow Brown Rice and before that Biochem Vegan until I realized the first ingredient on it is sugar. I am taking the brown rice one occasionally but view it as more of a medicine/necessity than a pleasure. I add frozen cherries and frozen blueberries and that makes it a bit more palatable.
