Stress 1 year ago Trying to get answers from my different doctors regarding which medications I am on can be contributing to my weight gain of 14 # over the last 10 months. I take an oral med for diabetes and depression and was started on insulin 3 weeks ago.
Good gosh. I understand the frustration of that! Every different doctor seems to have their favourite agenda, and it seems they do not believe in consulting with each other to get YOU better.
Some diabetic & antidepressant meds. can cause wt. gain. On the adv. and with PGX supp. I have been able to almost discontinue insulin. I take 6u/.d. You’re right some MD’s info is confusing. We do have the option for a second opinion.
