Under ultra wellness community faq’s there is a contact button that you can click under Dr Hyman. I have not tried to contact anybody.
On the home page there is nutritional coaching that you can sign up for. You can fried Dr Hyman and ask him.
I agree about the website. Most frustrating I’ve encountered.
I’m looking for a healthy whole food protein bar. i’ve yet to find one I think would be considered ”legal”. Any suggestions?
I eat Larabars in the peanut butter cookie and the cashew cookie flavors only. They only have dates and nuts and sea salt in them. I am on the Basic plan and my understanding is they are legal. I have been on BSS for 3+ months and have lost 26 pounds. I do not have diabetes but had a fasting glucose of 113 at my last blood work in April. I have not had it checked again but am just sure it has gone down. The website is not that user friendly but the upside is that it takes much time to explore it all!
Thanks. I’ve not heard of those. I’m on the baxic plan as well. i’ve only been on it for four weeks and have lost 10lb. My fasting blood sugar was 106 which is what prompted me to take the plunge. Looking forward to being where you are now. Congratulations!
I had the same issue..I thought maybe I could eat any old protein bar, but they’re full of junk. I started drinking smoothies and this satisfies much more tham a bar, in my opinion. Good luck!
What do you put in your smoothie?
I just discovered Think Thin bars at my local health food store. They have 0 sugar and low suger varieties. I have only tried the 0 sugar and really like them! They are a lttle pricy, but I buy them through Amazon for a better price.
