I love you Dr Hyman! I haven’t felt this good in years, what am I saying, Maybe ever! There is a down side to eating food without a label… I wanted to make the kale chips for a snack so I got my ”kale” out of the frig and on closer inspection relized they were mustard greens. Call me crazy but I wasn’t ready for mustard greens chips. So, next visit at the store I bought ”Kale”. Later I got the ”Kale” out of the frig to make my snack and looked at iit and relized ”this is Bok Choy” …LOL Yes I am going to keep on trying and until I am sure of my greens I’m gong to put my own label on them. Have a Green Day!












Hi Pam, I love your vegetable story. It did make me chuckle! Boy choy chips will not fly! If you do get up the nerve to try them with mustard greens or collard post the results. I am enjoying the Kale ones so much I do not want to experiment yet. I love boy choy but have to chop it up before cooking, because I find it difficult to chew (except for the tiny baby bok choy). I have never had kale. I am afraid. It is green. LOL.
I need to get back into this. I was great for 2 weeks and then lost it when I had to bake for the kids school. 2 weeks later, I am still off the plan.
