Thank you to my two new friends for their comments. I am tired and going to bed soon. John slept all day and I sat next to him. I did eat a salad for lunch that is an improvement and this afternoon I suddenly became aware that I was sitting watching TV and mindlessly eating candied pecans. I put the lid on the nuts and put them away. It was a first step. View

Wow, I was mindlessly eating some almonds last night while waiting for my grandson to finish his pee-wee football practice! Thanks and I’ll work on that too. Hang in there, Pam.
