Last night I cheated on the diet. I ate a few peices of bacon and now I am paying the price. First the taste was unusually salty. Later when I went to bed I couldn’t sleep, my stomach was bloated, and today I feel terrible. I guess I’ve run smack into my first allergy.

Hi Csabur!
I will be happy to solve this issue together. One thing that I have learned works for me is to be sure I have exercised that day. Yup! You will find that after the first couple of days on the plan the cravings get less and finally go away. Faye, if you really want this is will happen for you. Being strong can be fun a rewarding.
