Weight & Obesity 1 year agoI’d like to know substitutes for sugar—–to use in coffee, tea? Honey> Blue agave syrup?? I’ve been using Equal and Splenda and wld like to stop using artfifail sweeteners.

Hi, If you are following the BSS diet no sweeteners are allowed for the 6 week plan. No Coffee either.
If you just want a healthier alternative, raw local honey in small amounts or agave in very small amounts (once a day or less- 1 tsp or less)

Try Stevia…I prefer the Sweet Leaf brand because it doesn’t have the bitter after taste.
