Diabesity / Diabetes 1 year agohi all hope every one is doing and feeling well. After starting to read the blood sugar solution. without even starting the program yet. I brought my a1c down from a 7.5 to a 5.5 just because of the encouragement I got from reading each day. Hope all of you are doing even better.

I appriciate the insight. I am only a Quarter of the way through thye book right now.
So I am still not sure how this all works yet. I am encouraged though. I have already made some diet changes.
Now its just a matter of regulating thew meds propperly. My shugars have alredy plunged way to low twice.
