Diane Meyers commented on the post, Is Coffee Bad Or Good For Your Health? Two Experts Debate, on the site Dr. Mark Hyman 7 months, 3 weeks ago
The coffee bean has been around a lot longer than since the 1800s, though it sounds good to associate the industrial revolution with the introduction of coffee. Though I agree with your assessment of coffee, when […]

Supplements 10 months agoHas anyone found a good way to include (most of) the recommended supplements and the PGX? I also take a few medications. I think the PGX would be very helpful for me, but it is quite a chore to take the supplements AND the PGX so that they don’t interfere with each other.

Supplements 10 months agoHi all — I received some supplements by mail last week. The ones that I ordered from this website had a freezer pack in them and everything seems fine (it is VERY hot where I am and the package sits on the porch for a few hours at least). One of the supplements I ordered from a different site and it did not come with a freezer pack and it has a…[Read more]

I am looking forward to getting into a size 16 also — I am pretty sure that I have some jeans in that size that I ordered a few years ago and was never able to get on!

Thanks, Diane,
The best part was only paying $10 instead of the $40-$50 that I used to have to pay, and for the same quality and style. I am beginning to see how being slimmer will save me money. Clothes are cheaper and there are more options. Of course, right now, it is beginning to cost more because I am getting to a point where a 10-15 pound…[Read more]-

Hi Diane. Good to hear back from you and hear about your wonderful Africa experience. I hope you make it back sometime. Sounds like it was a wonderful experience.

Hi Diane -
Sorry to be slow to respond. I live in East Africa and sometimes can’t get on internet as often as I would like. You can have 1/2 cup of strawberries a day on the advanced plan. That’s the only fruit that is allowed. How are you doing? I have been on the plan for about 6 weeks — started on basic and now on advanced after I fully…[Read more]-

I was really making it too difficult the first week, trying to take everything at a different time. I finally took everything at one of two times, morning and/or evening. I first tried mixing it with cold water and drinking it which I found to be unbearable…just yesterday, I put a packet in my smoothie and it worked out great!
Yes! Put your PGX in your smoothie … it’s awesome. You don’t even know it’s there
I take my meds. (down to 2 pills and 2 inhalers) and Vitamins first thing in the morning with breakfast and lots of water. I first started taking the vit. in the afternoon because I didn’t want it to interfere with my meds but I couldn’t sleep at night. I take PGX 15 min. before lunch and supper.
