Hi all — I received some supplements by mail last week. The ones that I ordered from this website had a freezer pack in them and everything seems fine (it is VERY hot where I am and the package sits on the porch for a few hours at least). One of the supplements I ordered from a different site and it did not come with a freezer pack and it has a very strong odor. It is herbal and that may be how it smells — it is the Insinase — does anyone else have this and can you tell me if your has an odor. thanks,Diane

p.s. I will also tell those who are questioning the cost of supplements or that they are marketed here — I had previously used the Pure encapsulations brand and know it is a very good brand and the prices here are the same or within pennies of what you would pay on other sites.
