Woke up this morning and started my day with yoga! That, Rodney Yee is one amazing man!! I continued with 10 minutes of meditation and then hit the gym for my 30 minutes of walking. I’m up to almost 2 miles in that time!! After that, the day continued to be beautiful!! What a way to start the day. Hope everyone is fairing well and moving forward!!

Needing some prayers, guys. Kind of fell real hard. Not sure what it is. Maybe stress eating or have been temptedby parties and such going on around me. I’ve made such good progress, but the last four days seem like old habits. I know better. Why can’t I always DO better? Thanks for praying!!

kzaleski don’t give up. The program works wonders. I’ve also had sticking points along the way. I’ve used my journal to monitor how my body reacted. He is NOT a veggie eater which is not good, so I am incorporating them into our meals. 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
