Hi. discovered a few years ago that I am hypothyroid. Don’t want to be one of those women on Synthroid for life – used it bvriefly to kick start things back in right direction but still get numbers that are slighly elevated (last yr TSH 3.54; most recent test 4.61). Looking for natural ways to get back into balance.

  Good luck. I’ve been on the thyroid meds for 25 years. At first I tried to follow a natural plan, but the symptoms were too awful. Maybe on this plan.
