My parents both died from cancer. My older sister has been fighting lymphoma for over 6 years. This past fall my son, 29 at the time, was diagnosed with metastatic testicular cancer… it went to his lungs and he is still currently getting treated. He will have to be admitted to the hospital again on Friday, March 9, 2012 for another round of chemo. I am doing all I can for him diet wise, but am limited by my own health problems. Those are along list. I am tired of illness and want better. I don’t know what more to do for myself or my son! I research all I can to learn about all the illnesses I have had to face but it just never seems enough. I want better! Hoping for some inspiration!

    • Hi Gloria,
Thank you for sharing a bit about your family and your own health concerns. Typically and alkaline diet, such as that provided in the BSS, is a good option for prevention and therapy. Ensure sufficient intake of fresh dark leafy greens daily and focus on healthy, anti inflammatory fats such as walnuts, avocado and salmon. Please stop by the nutrition coaching site for further suggestions. We look forward to serving your needs!
      In good health!
