Sleep Problems 9 months, 3 weeks agoI am experiencing a new phenomenon and hoping someone out there has some information that might help me. I have started waking up every day at 4 AM! I would wake up after 6 to seven hours of sleep after being on the Bss plan for a couple of months. When that happens I get up because I do not feel tired. Since it is dark I go back to bed after one hour or so and fall back to sleep. I definitely need less sleep that I did before this program.
