Hazelnut Cold Brew Shake - Dr. Mark Hyman

Hazelnut Cold Brew Shake

This shake makes a nice light breakfast to fill you up and create clean energy for the day ahead. Hazelnuts have such a satisfying, unique flavor and the provide brain-boosting nutrients like vitamin E, manganese, thiamine, folate, and fatty acids.

A little cold brew coffee provides some caffeine (though you can always go with Swiss water decaf instead) as well as antioxidants. Last but not least, my new Farmacy Super Simple Vanilla Grassfed Protein adds a creamy texture, slightly sweet taste, and protein to support metabolic health and reduce cravings throughout the day.

Hope you enjoy!

Wishing you health and happiness,
Mark Hyman, MD
