My stress is in several areas. My husband had a reoccurance of multiple myeloma this past year, was given a bad prognosis, and was expected to go on dialysis following initial treatment with chemo.Treament involved both of us flying to another island once a week as well as an hoour (one way) travel for blood work later in the week. Long story short, it darned near killed me. He’s doing great now, in remission, only travels once a month & I can send him by himself. Also no need for dailysis.I’ve been slowly recoving physically. We also have three adopted children (9,11, and almost 14), one of whom is ADHD and oppossitional. we/she are in counseling to help with that. We moved here a little over a year ago and with all the medical stuff going on I haven’t had a chance to make friends and form a support group. I know walking is a great help to reduce stress as well as yoga. I’ve got a sinus bug right now but am looking forward to being more active soon! And looking forward to us all supporting one another here!
