Hi and thank you. I have read both the BSS book and the BSS cookbook. Lots of wonderful information and perhaps a bit overwhelming at first. I am starting the program tomorrow as I just did a great deal of shopping today and I will cook up some things to have for the week. Thank you for your kindness and support.

In reply to: Nicole posted an update in the group UWC Losers Happy Saturday Everyone! Easter has always been a very special day for our family as I was growing up and of course I can’t help but think about the huge role that […] ViewBeautifully written Nicole. I have all those memories from when I was a kid, and quite frankly not that long ago, and eating myself blind with chocolate bunnies, etc. As I get older, I want to carry the memories forward and make new traditions. Just being together is the goal for me now. That feels much better than a chocolate hangover! Susie

I adore cilantro, too! This salad/wrap is yummy! I felt like a queen eating this for lunch on Saturday, and I put my spicy turkey over the same fixings you did! Kindred spirits!

whether or not you get an email depends on how someone responds to your post….if they hit the reply button you will get an email..if they create a new post you will not get an email…unless they start it with @ and use your BSS name . Nicole

Yes, I do have the cookbook. If I remember rightly (do not have it in front of me), the turkey sausage recipe had something in that I am either avoiding or was not in the advanced plan.
