Weight & Obesity 11 months, 1 week ago I completed my six weeks yesterday! I lost another 2 pds this week and my total for the 6 wks (I didn’t do any prep weeks) is 9 pds! I have lost several inches and am down a pants size. I feel alive and energetic and am excited to see my new blood test results. My doctor just ordered them for me and I will do them on Monday. Once I have those back I will retake the quizzes and report back on those successes as well. I have no doubt they will be good because after only one week on the plan my cholesterol had dropped 30 pts already. I hope this is encouraging to those of you just starting. I will eat this way for the rest of my life and enjoy living instead of living to eat, which is what I was doing previously. This is so much better!!!!












Wonderful news Susie. I am in week 13 with a few minor additions. Feeling great is what keeps me going. I was good on all the quizzes after 6 weeks, but will continue with the basic plan because I am pain free.
It is easy to keep the weight off when you know for sure what your problem foods are.

Thank you Margaret. I now realize that sugar was the main culprit for me. Just eliminating it completely changed my life in the last 6 weeks. Processed foods and fast food doesn’t even interest me anymore because I know how it is going to make me feel inside and out. I am going to eat this way for the rest of my life and I can’t wait to see where it takes me. Congrats to you on 13 weeks!
Thanks Susie, Wow, and they say sugar is not addictive. I would bet they design fast food and processed food to get people hooked (just like cigarettes were designed despite the denials). i had the same results in the first week, no more interest in unhealthy foods (except for pizza). Now I crave organic vegetables if I have been eating out a lot. Best of luck on your next 6 weeks! Margaret
