    I loved the crusted chicken recipe. I’m just concerned it may be high in calories.. I want to be healthy and loss weight. Is it till a weight less program.

    Is gluten is pizza dough? Is it always listed in the ingredient label?

    • Gluten is in anything that has wheat (or many other grains) in it or that has most flours. So bread and dough products have gluten. No, Gluten is not necessarily listed in the ingredients. If something is gluten free (or almost gluten free) the state that as a selling point.

    Found out my cholesterol was high 6 months ago and did nothing to change it. Kept planning on doing something but it never happened. I am getting scared of becoming really sick. I am starting the program tomorrow. Any tips???

    • Hi, Are you doing the Blood Sugar Solution plan? If so, it is important to have your meals and snacks planned out ahead of time. That way you will always have something to eat and drink when you leave the house or go to work. It is difficult to follow the program making spur of the moment decisions on what to eat.       • Great tip about planning and preparing ahead. Taking all the guesswork out makes a huge difference. IN the past I would make soups and freeze batches of single-servings so I could pull one out for my lunch each day. ON this plan, I want to find a vegetable soup recipe so I can do the same, now. Makes life so much easier.

        • The simplest wat to make a soup for this plan is start with an organic broth. Saute some onion, than add some celery carrot and garlic and saute for a few minutes more. Add to broth.
