I’m no expert, but I’m just going to put this out there:
Maybe you don’t need as much replacement because your body is healing. . . I’m assuming you’ve been supplementing with the same level of progesterone that you took before you ”cleaned house” and got rid of gluten.
Congratulations on that, BTW, it’s not easy to make the change.
