In reply to: Selah posted an update in the group Supplements I’ve learned this past week that I cannot take the supplements prior to bedtime; they keep my brain awake. I take them in the middle of my night shift now and it […] ViewI will have to look at the dosing parameters, but if you e-mail me I can send you back a sheet of things to rule out that present as ADHD. Shocking, but true. :/ That also buys me some time to look up the dosing parameters, although I’m not a doctor–so I’m not sure I should be giving those out. I had already been losing some weight and that continues. I will say that in cutting back my MetaGlycemx I’m not immediately seeing any difference. I take them in the middle of my night shift now and it […] ViewIf your supplements included Omega-3s, that’s where your ADD symptoms could’ve disappeared to. Or it could be due to some of the things you’ve eliminated (additives come to mind). I’m a health coach and ADD/ADHD is one of the things I deal with a LOT. There are a TON of things that can be done naturally to remove those symptoms. These are…[Read more]

That is wonderful news for your husband!!! I learned how powerful this diet was when my asthma faded away; each week my head becomes clearer and clearer which still amazes me. I ordered the tests through the site as the ”Blood Sugar Solution” series and found a few tests that weren’t done as part of the panels.

In reply to: avr1962 posted an update in the group Supplements I was temp dx as pre-diabetic, waiting for the rest of my labs reults. My 2 hour glucose showed my glucose level at 171. I am personally against prescribed meds […] ViewThe ingredients you’re describing sound similar to MetaGlycemx (which I actually think Dr. Hyman sells/recommends). I was given MetaGlycemx by a naturally-minded DO 8 years ago to replace metformin/Glucophage for my hyperinsulinism when I was nursing my then-newborn son and a study showed metformin to transfer via breast milk. In terms of reducing your pesticide load and saving money, try focusing on the “Dirty Dozen” and making sure that if/when you buy organic–you focus on those foods. It’s estimated that buying these 12 organic would reduce your pesticide load by 80% or more:
