I feel for you . remember two weeks isn’t lthat long even though right now it feels like it to you. You have had 21 days of eating healthy and really taking care of yourself. plateaus are normal a d to be expected. how much weight have you lost. celebrating every once. Are you on the basic or advanced plan. have you made any changes in vitamins and supplements the past two weeks? If so your body could be getting used to the changes. Plan something special for yourself today. Go for a walk,watch one of your favorite movies this evening. Attitude is so important on this journey!
Hi Liz, Many of us have plateaued for a week or two or three. Eventually the inches to come down and the weight reduces. Are you on the basic plan? perhaps the advanced would work better. How is your portion control? I was way overdoing the almonds. I started counting out 12 a day.

I’m on the advanced so a complete change – I can see that it it could be a shock to the system! I’ll plod on. Thanks

Hopefully you are getting significant exercise each day. Exercise seems to be key for my diabetic husband.
