Weight & Obesity 1 year ago I am really confused on how many carbs at a meal












In the ’my downloads’ section there is a pdf for portion sizes. It lists a number of foods and their carb content. It suggests 15 carbs for meals, 7.5 for snacks. I’m not sure if this is for the basic or advanced plans. Low-glycemic vegetables are unlimited.
I have yet to find the downloads section. Where is it??????

Thanks! After I posted I kept reading & looking & finally found it. I guess I didn’t set my sights ”high enough”. lol
Hi debbie, Do not stress too much about carb numbers at first, just try to eat as much of the unlimited veggies as you can. Things will adjust as you go along. Staying with the foods on the plan is much more important than getting any little detail correct. Some people can use the details to convince themselves that it is all too much to figure out.
