Boy, I’m on a fixed income and the supplements he sells are 270 plus dollars per month. I can’t afford that! yuk. I am already broke from buying some of the appliances. I feel defeated. I haven’t even bought the food yet. Any Idea’s on which supplements for the advanced program are really necessary? And where to buy and which brands are good?

I didn’t buy one supplements till well past my 6 weeks this can be done with out them.
. You just do your best with food and the rest will follow. I have had amazing results.
All functional medicine Dr.’s push supplements they are great if you can afford them. I needed the advanced one that totaled out to my whole take home pay
Were here for you!!
I believe some supplements are really necessary and was doing a lot of reading to understand which ones. I know because diet and exercise only worked for me – a number of times already – South Beach Diet, Dukan Diet, other variations of low-bad-carb diets – only until some social events or travel provided the choice of bad carbs for me [or evruyday stress got the best of me].
My current view is that Alpha Lipoic Acid and PGX Fiber Daily packets are necessary. Jeff – I got mine from vitacost.
