I am so hopeful with my new understanding of how my body works and whats been going wrong all these years, that there is now way that things wont improve! I definitely need some like minded folks to cheer me on now and again. Vice Versa too!

Gut Healing being a big one for me. Goal is to get off Omeprazole. I resist taking it daily and only take it when uncomfortable, but hopefully with my new…[Read more]

If I didnt look at the whole picture, just a day by day picture, I was able to get through it…[Read more]

While in Grad School last year, I would ”eat” to stay awake to finish my papers. I would take breaks back and forth from the Fridge. I never thought to replace that action with doing something else, like do some exercise or meditation or ANYTHING but go to the Fridge like a mindless robot.

  • I am on page 181 of the Blood Sugar Solution Book. I am preparing myself for a transformation in “being” me. I know I will need help to stay on track. I haven’t yet identified my support person or persons. I hope to meet like minded health pilgrims on the blog that can share in my journey and vice versa. This is so much more than a change…[Read more]

    • Hi Jill, I am also reading the book – borrowed from the Library, for now. I am feeling overwhelmed by everything I am reading, and of course, I have to skip ahead here and there. I have not decided if I can do this 100% at this point, but will continue reading. I also hope to find support here, and have many health issues that this change would…[Read more]
