I had very, very good news on all fronts when tested recently, with 87 blood sugar and 141 cholesterol, but my blood pressure was elevated, reading 140/90. I have 90 pounds to lose. Is that going to help me lower this blood pressure? I don’t want to take medications. I am walking a mile every day and eating around 1200 mg sodium each day. I hope this diet works to lower my blood pressure because it is working beautifully for the rest of my issues!
