    Oddly enough, my first week without coffee has been a more energized, well-rested time. I am sleeping more deeply, rising earlier, and getting my workouts in the a.m. period instead of after work. The past two mornings I have risen early and walked 1.5 miles before going to work. I have added addtional 15-minute walks to the daily totals. Energy. I’ve got it! I am feeling better than I have in ages.
