I am starting to forget to eat my snacks. Never used to happen. I eat every 3 hours or so to keep my blood sugar even, so I really don’t like to miss them. This week I have really seen how more ”normal” my dealings with food have been. After dinner, I sit very comfortably all evening long without giving any thought to food. In the past, evenings were the worst time for cravings and constant snacking. This freedom from food’s powerful control is great!

    • happy to hear you are doing so well! I have to remember my snacks or I tend to overeat at meal time. I often don’t realize I’m hungry until I’m starving! But it is nice not to think of food often :-)

    • I dont now if its a bad thing or not, but i am not snacking between breakfast and luch usually because i am not hungry. I eat breakfast around 730 and lunch beween 1130 and 12. I do try to have an afternoon snack around 330 or 4 since we dont eat until around 7…but we have been around 830 or 9 this week and its toooo late for me…i am afraid that will inhibit my weight loss so im going to try really hard next week to keep on a schedule

I find it helpful in keeping me from being hungry. Nothing good or bad. Whatever works for you. Sounds as if you need to double up on you afternoon snack to last until dinner. Remember not to eat 3 hours or less before bedtime. Best of luck reaching your goals. ( I have either a frozen berry almond milk smoothie for breakfast, or a couple of eggs around 7 a.m. I have an egg or a celery stick with 1 tbl almond butter at 10. I eat a fish salad mixture or chicken and salad for lunch at 12. I have 1 oz nuts in the afternoon around 3-4. Dinner is usually a vegetarian salad with milled flax and then some berries, afterwards, or fish and veggies. So, you can see how I space it all out. )
