    I confess. Last week I cheated. I am on week 3 now of the advanced plan (but I do add chickpeas to my diet), and I am only supposed to have berries in very small quantities. I bought two very small mangoes and enjoyed 1/2 at a time, along with some almonds, or right after my meal. YUM! You know you are making healthy lifestyle changes when eating 1/2 mango is a guilty pleasure!
